Reyna is BizzyBee's AI assistant — her name means queen, and she's the queen bee of your pipeline. She can answer questions about your workspace, draft emails and follow-ups, summarize contacts, companies and deals with suggested next steps, coach you on what to work on first, and polish rough meeting notes into clean activities. Reyna works from the data in your workspace, and every request uses one credit from your plan's monthly allowance (they reset on the 1st).
Yes — on Pro and Business. Pro includes 5 seats and Business scales to 7,500, so everyone logs in with their own account and shares the same workspace. Each member gets a role: Admin (full control), Editor (day-to-day CRM work) or Viewer (read-only). Admins can fine-tune privileges for each role — or for a specific person — and organize members into subcategories like Sales, Marketing, HR or Finance. Pro can add 2 custom subcategories; Business adds unlimited. Free workspaces are a single seat (you), perfect for solo use.
